My Yamaha cart, which I purchased new almost 6 years ago, had a blown clutch(didn't know at the time) and Carts & Clubs picked it up on a Thursday and returned it all fixed by the following Tuesday. Jim and Scott were excellent to deal with. Jim also went the extra mile by adjusting my brakes, lubrication of the tie rods, replaced some bad LED lights and was straight forward with me when it went in about what to expect if it were the transmission that was busted.It runs like new and doesn't make nearly as much noise since lubricated. Scott was great to deal with face to face upon pickup and delivery. I knew that I liked Carts and Clubs when I bought their cart, but their subsequent servicing (including periodic checkups) has been great!!
I bought my golf cart there in 2019 this place is WICKED AWESOME I got a great deal on it back then I just went back to buy new tires and wheels Jim in service and parts is the best I highly recommend to buy your cart there because they take care of there customers

This is not a chain store, this is a privately operatated business. They rock.!! They go that extra mile to make sure you are taken care of and that you received exactly what you wanted. The Yahama Golf Carts sold here are actually beautiful. The paint and design have evolved. they have created an amazing mode of transportation. Carts and Clubs, getting your cart on the road, and keeping it there. All the parts and assorted items are available .Customizing and tires and rims, a new paint job, oil changes, and parts. They have it DIY or they're there to do the job for you.The receptionist is so friendly and makes you feel at home. No complaints here. It's a good, honest business and good honest people. You're welcome to come in and look around. You don't have to play golf to have a golf cart.
On Saturday 11/13, I called to inquire on getting a new golf cart enclosure. My call was routed to another person. I told them that I had a 2014 Yamaha 4 seat golf cart and was interested in getting a new enclosure. She explained that the cost would be $1085 for the new enclosure, $150 to install and $35 charge to pickup the cart. I ask what I need to do next and she indicated that I need to come in and pick out the colors. I told her that I was an hour away so I would come on Tuesday 11/16. When I arrived on 11/16, I told the receptionist that I was here to pick out colors for an new enclosure and she directed me to a salesman. I told the salesman the same and he ask if I had bought the cart from them and I said no. He told me that he would not make an enclosure for me because I did not purchase the cart from them. It seems that there is a communication gap between the service and the sales. If you are looking for a new enclosure, i would recommend to go somewhere else. I would not recommend doing business with this dealer.
Bought two new Yamaha golf carts in 2015. Was completed satisfied then with how professional all the staff was then. They are still professional and the best golf cart place near The Villages. They come to your home service your cart at your home. All the technicians are highly trained. If you have any questions they will help you and answer any technical questions. Hands down the only place to buy your next golf cart.
Very nice experience with Carts and Clubs in Ocala. The cart is upgraded and has some unique re-engineered features that they do. Fuse block upgrade, jealousy vents, nice tight cart wrap, added insulation under the seat. I was caught in a blinding rain storm and stayed dry as a bone. Been 1000 miles and trouble free cruisin'!
Great experience at Carts and Club. Peggy our salesperson supper patient with us and helpful. Dru helped us put it all together for a Great look. We went to a number of places before we came to a decision. When we stopped in at Carts and Buggies, no need to look further. Couldn’t ask for better people!
