We bought our cart new from them and had it serviced regularly. It died recently while we were out. We were hoping they could get someone out the next day. The service tech told me it is no longer under warranty to take it wherever I want. And when we need a new cart I will do just that. I will go elsewhere.

This was a very easy process no pressure at all. I walked in. They answered every question They did not force me to buy anything like the villages Golf Cart does my sales guy Kyle and Taylor was very sweet both amazing. They were very respectable. I feel they went above and beyond because I can’t make my mind up and they were very understanding overall it was a great experience. I walked out feeling very good about my purchase and that’s the way you should feel anytime you’re leaving a dealership So definitely five stars to them I even got them some Red Bull that they like I figure getting them caffeinated would get my cart faster lol Thanks again guys

I had my first “service” on a new golf cart I purchased from Carts and Clubs at my home in the villages. I purchased the cart 2 1/2 years ago. Every year I was told to wait I did not have enough miles or hours to service the cart. The technician arrived within the prescribed scheduled time. He took the cart for a test drive. When he came back I ask what the service entailed? He said I suck out the old oil and add new oil to the cart. Really, did not check the tire air pressure or anything else. To prospective new buyers, get the service schedule and what it includes. This was very disappointing. I expected more from carts and clubs.

Great sales staff (Peggy, Scooter,Scot)
However stay away from he service department. Service manager (Jim) personality and manners of a pit viper. Also not experienced in major cart repairs. It took 3 trips from The Villages to Ocala by truck to get repairs right. And he became more nasty with each trip. ie. "you didn't have to bring your cart here for repair, there are lots of other places that fix carts" But I did purchase the cart at carts and clubs and you have maintained it for several years. "have a short life" and "it has been in a crash so it will never be the same". Then when the cart was last delivered the gas line fell off when i tried to test drive it from my driveway. A quick phone call to Scot the delivery man and he returned to re attach the line. I was concerned that it might fall off again so I wanted to see how to re attach it. An investigation proved that they don't just fall off (Thanks Jim)
Unfortunate for the dealership and staff that someone must be tolerated. I have never been treated worse at any business.

We purchased our golf cart from Carts & Clubs, Inc. over 3 years ago. We not only received outstanding, no pressure customer service at the time of sale, but also have received prompt, professional, caring and reasonably priced service whenever it was needed since that time, not only for the cart we purchased there but for our other cart too which was purchased elsewhere. The technicians come to the house to do maintenance and repair. The sales staff, as well as the technicians are always a pleasure with whom to deal. My husband and I ordered a new golf cart from Carts and Clubs. What a wonderful experience! The facility is wonderful and staff is exceptional! Taylor walked us through the whole process. She showed us all of our options, used her knowledge and experience to make helpful suggestions and was unbelievably patient while we tried to make up our minds about what we wanted. And then changed our minds….and asked her question after question….and called her multiple times to make sure we got what we wanted. 😂Taylor went way above the call of duty and did it all with a lovely smile on her face. The guys in the shop did a great job and made every request we wanted happen. Golf cart is beautiful 😍 We will definitely refer all our friends to Carts and Clubs and will visit them again for our next cart purchase!

Bought a Yamaha quite last year. So far I have needed 3 belts, 2 clutch’s. It runs so hot I have to l put a fan on and lift the seat up. It keeps my summer garage so hot I leave the door open till dark. Each service call is 50$ twice they came told me that they didn’t have the part and still charged the 50$. Last 2 times they were scheduled to come between 12 and 4 , called mid morning to come early. Both times they were here not longer than 10 minutes. 50$ appointment fee 45$ labor. Good by.

Young man came to our house today to do an annual maintenance on both carts. He was polite and knowledgeable and kept working on my turn signal issue until he got it properly fixed. He would not give up. Outstanding service.

Very knowledgeable sales people there. Their carts are a little different than The Villages carts. Customized enclosure with more snaps. Different front window and side lights and mirrors.

My Yamaha cart, which I purchased new almost 6 years ago, had a blown clutch(didn't know at the time) and Carts & Clubs picked it up on a Thursday and returned it all fixed by the following Tuesday. Jim and Scott were excellent to deal with. Jim also went the extra mile by adjusting my brakes, lubrication of the tie rods, replaced some bad LED lights and was straight forward with me when it went in about what to expect if it were the transmission that was busted.
It runs like new and doesn't make nearly as much noise since lubricated. Scott was great to deal with face to face upon pickup and delivery. I knew that I liked Carts and Clubs when I bought their cart, but their subsequent servicing (including periodic checkups) has been great!!

This is not a chain store, this is a privately operatated business. They rock.!! They go that extra mile to make sure you are taken care of and that you received exactly what you wanted. The Yahama Golf Carts sold here are actually beautiful. The paint and design have evolved. they have created an amazing mode of transportation. Carts and Clubs, getting your cart on the road, and keeping it there. All the parts and assorted items are available .
Customizing and tires and rims, a new paint job, oil changes, and parts. They have it DIY or they're there to do the job for you.
The receptionist is so friendly and makes you feel at home. No complaints here. It's a good, honest business and good honest people. You're welcome to come in and look around. You don't have to play golf to have a golf cart.

On Saturday 11/13, I called to inquire on getting a new golf cart enclosure. My call was routed to another person. I told them that I had a 2014 Yamaha 4 seat golf cart and was interested in getting a new enclosure. She explained that the cost would be $1085 for the new enclosure, $150 to install and $35 charge to pickup the cart. I ask what I need to do next and she indicated that I need to come in and pick out the colors. I told her that I was an hour away so I would come on Tuesday 11/16. When I arrived on 11/16, I told the receptionist that I was here to pick out colors for an new enclosure and she directed me to a salesman. I told the salesman the same and he ask if I had bought the cart from them and I said no. He told me that he would not make an enclosure for me because I did not purchase the cart from them. It seems that there is a communication gap between the service and the sales. If you are looking for a new enclosure, i would recommend to go somewhere else. I would not recommend doing business with this dealer.

Bought two new Yamaha golf carts in 2015. Was completed satisfied then with how professional all the staff was then. They are still professional and the best golf cart place near The Villages. They come to your home service your cart at your home. All the technicians are highly trained. If you have any questions they will help you and answer any technical questions. Hands down the only place to buy your next golf cart.

Very nice experience with Carts and Clubs in Ocala. The cart is upgraded and has some unique re-engineered features that they do. Fuse block upgrade, jealousy vents, nice tight cart wrap, added insulation under the seat. I was caught in a blinding rain storm and stayed dry as a bone. Been 1000 miles and trouble free cruisin'!
